The following are important items to check in advance before graduation. Students approaching graduation should take note of the following:
• Dormitory Deposit: This will be returned 1–2 days before graduation. However, any unpaid electricity bills will be deducted.
• Passport: Please collect your passport from the office. Upon receiving it, check that the validity of your visa extension stamp (or sticker) matches your departure date.
• ECC (Emigration Clearance Certificate): If your total stay in the Philippines exceeds 6 months, you are required to apply for an ECC at the Immigration Office. The application must be completed at least one week before graduation.
• Airline Ticket: Double-check your return ticket and departure schedule.
• Baggage Weight: Your luggage weight may have increased. Please check it using the scale in the dining hall.
Note: Please make sure to carry your batteries with you when boarding the plane. Some airlines require batteries to be kept within reach, even during the flight.
• Check-out Time: Dormitory check-out time is 13:00 on Saturday. After checking out, you may leave your luggage at the office or dining hall.
Note: If you wish to check out on Sunday, please consult the manager in advance.
• Airport Car Service: If you would like to use a school vehicle, please request it at the office at least 24 hours in advance. If you prefer to use Grab, we recommend leaving at least one hour earlier than your scheduled departure, as availability may vary.
