Typically, schools spend the first day of a student's arrival on orientation and level tests, and begin regular classes the following day (Tuesday).
However, we start regular classes from the morning of the first day(Monday) after your arrival. For this reason, we prepare your class schedule and level-appropriate textbooks in advance through the Pre-Admission Test.
The content of the Pre-Admission Test varies depending on the course. For ESL and SPEAKING courses, the test is conducted via video interview for approximately 20 minutes.
For IELTS, BUSINESS, and TOEIC, a written test may be administered in addition to the interview.

Not only our school, but all ESL schools in the Philippines require accommodation for enrollment. Therefore, the tuition fee includes school fees, accommodation (dormitory, hotel, etc.), and meal fees.
However, amounts payable to the Bureau of Immigration for legal stay in the Philippines, textbook fees, and electricity bills for accommodation are not included in the tuition fee. These amounts must be paid under the name of "LOCAL FEE" during the first week of arrival at the school.

You will receive the Letter of Admission(LOA) within 48 hours of registration.
Generally, the LOA will be delivered to you via email or messenger as a copy in PDF or image file format. The LOA needs to be shown to the immigration inspector when you arrive in the Philippines later.
If you are a national of a country such as China or Indonesia, the LOA is required to obtain a Visa.
You must first obtain a Visa from the Philippine Embassy (or Consulate) in your country before entering the Philippines. Among the documents required for Visa acquisition, the original file of the LOA is generally required. The LOA will be sent to your address via international mail, such as FedEx.

The pre-admission test, called the Admission Interview, is administered before arrival at the school. This test is for students who have applied for courses requiring a certain level of English proficiency, such as IELTS or business courses, or for short-term students who wish to begin classes immediately on Monday morning.
The Admission Interview is conducted online within 48 hours of application. It evaluates pronunciation, expression, syntax, spoken grammar, and vocabulary. The test takes approximately 20 minutes, and results are available within 24 hours.
Note: Starting in the second half of 2026, the school plans to implement the Admission Interview for all courses. This will allow students to begin regular classes on Monday morning after arrival.
Our school guarantees 19 days of classes per month. If a national holiday prevents classes from being held on the 19th day, regular classes will be conducted on the holiday itself or on a Saturday.
December is an exception, as the number of holidays can vary each year. In December, make-up classes are offered as group classes on public holidays.
Note: “19-day class guarantee" means that we provide at least 19 days of regular classes from the 1st to the last day of each month.
