Speaking Master, Native Master

THESE COURSES AIM TO IMPROVE SPEAKING SKILLS THROUGH VARIOUS SUBJECTS SUCH AS SPEAKING AND RELATED SUBJECTS - pronunciation, public speaking, presentation, phrasal verbs, verb conjugation, and colloquial grammar. Our curriculum is the culmination of many years of experience and know-how, and is always updated to the latest status.

In particular, apart from the educational advantages of Filipino teachers as non-native speakers, education by native speakers is essential in certain areas. THAT IS WHY WE ADHERE TO PRONUNCIATION CORRECTION AND PRACTICAL EXPRESSION EDUCATION BY NATIVE SPEAKERS IN THE US AND THE UK.

Speaking Master, Native Master

Curriculum

The curriculum of Speaking Master and Native Master is the same. The only difference is the number of one-on-one native lessons.

Small Group (SG) 1 1 English Expression, Current Issues, Public Speaking, Debate Club, TED Talk, Verb Usage, Grammar in Use, Spoken Grammar, Study Film.
#Conducted by Native speakers mainly.
Big Group (BG) 1 1 Listening & Dictation, American Accent Training, Daily Vocabulary, Mastering Idioms.
#Conducted by Native speakers or Filipino teachers.
Evening Program - - Optional
Total 8 8
Activity - - Club activities (music, reading): Every Thursday, 6-7 PM.
English Day: Last Friday of every month, 3:30 PM.
Outreach Program: Once every 4-6 weeks. Sundays
Saturday Class 3 classes in the morning. Optional.
  • The class unit is 45 minutes, 5 minutes’ break. However, 5th and 10th classes are 40 minutes.
  • Activities may change depending on the circumstances.

Course Features

  • INTENSIVE PROGRAM TO IMPROVE SPEAKING SKILLS: Speaking Master and Native Master are two courses that focus on improving your speaking skills naturally and dynamically with various speaking-related subjects such as vocabulary, verb conjugation, pronunciation, and colloquial grammar.
  • NATIVE SPEAKERS CORRECT YOUR PRONUNCIATION AND LEARN PRACTICAL EXPRESSIONS currently used in the US and UK.
  • FREE ONLINE CLASSES ARE OFFERED: Practice speaking, pronunciation, verb conjugation, and vocabulary before you enroll, building your confidence for academic life here. This service is available for upper beginner and beginner levels.
  • SEMI-SPARTAN STYLE: Somewhat loose regulations apply. You can go out freely after school and school regulations are not strictly applied.

Admission Qualification & Date

  • There is no specific level requirement for admission to this course.
  • Admission date: We recommend arriving at school on Sunday, but weekdays are also possible.
    ✓ Sunday (or Saturday morning): Classes start on Monday.
    ✓ Weekday enrollment is also possible. If you begin classes on Wednesday, you can attend classes until Tuesday of your graduation week.

Course Duration

  • 1-16 weeks

  • Exam & Feedback

    • Placement Test: Our online placement test is conducted before admission. Afterward, you can begin regular classes with your chosen teacher from the first day of your arrival.
    • Weekly Test: This test is conducted every Wednesday at 17:00, and evaluates vocabulary and grammar. Participation is optional.
    • Progress Test: Diagnostic assessment conducted every 4th week of the month after admission. Speaking, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing, etc. are evaluated. This test is conducted during vacant time or group class time, so as not to interfere with regular classes as much as possible.

  • Class Schedule (Mon-Sat)

    Below is a sample weekly study schedule (NATIVE MASTER) from Monday to Saturday. The schedule may vary depending on the course and student level. Attendance is mandatory for regular classes from Monday to Friday, but participation in Saturday classes is optional.

    Even students in the semi-Spartan program can sign up for night classes from 19:00 for 1 hour. However, attendance and other factors will be monitored.

  • Things To Note Before Registration

    - Accommodation options include a dormitory (on the school campus) and a hotel (10 minutes away by school shuttle). If you prefer to avoid curfews and school regulations, we recommend the off-campus hotel. For detailed information about the hotel, lease click here. HOTEL GUIDE.

    - Dormitory Quad-rooms and HOTEL rooms are only available to families or groups with the same enrollment and graduation dates.

    - After admission, you can change courses or add Native speaker 1:1 class.

  • Local Fee (PHP)

    Local fees include fees payable to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (e.g., visa extension and SSP fees), textbook fees, accommodation electricity charges, and other related expenses. These fees are paid directly to the school office after admission.

    Airport Pickup Individual:
    Clark Airport: 1,000 pesos.
    Manila Airport: 4,500 pesos.     		Family/Group:
    Clark Airport: 1,500 pesos (2 persons), 2,000 pesos (3 or more).
    Manila Airport: 5,500 pesos (2 persons), 6,500 pesos (3 or more).
    Textbook Varies depending on the selected course. 1,500 to 2,500 pesos per 4 weeks.
    Electricity (Additional) If usage exceeds 16 kWh per a week, 25 pesos per 1 kWh surcharges applies. This additional amount is shared equally with roommates.
    Laundry Entrusting to an external laundry service; 150 pesos for up to 5kg, 200 pesos for 6-8kg, and 300 pesos for 9-10kg.
    If you use the on-campus washing machine and do your own laundry, the laundry fee is free.
    Overnight Individual:
    An additional charge of 3,000 pesos per day applies for staying one extra day in the dormitory beyond the check-out time     		Family/Group:
    Charged on a family unit of 2-4 people. 3,000 pesos per day.
