Admission Interview
Applicants who are taking or plan to take the following courses must have entry-level proficiency.
- Courses Requiring an Admission Interview: IELTS Intensive, IELTS Native, IELTS Guarantee, Advanced Business, TOEIC.
- Speaking, pronunciation, colloquial grammar, vocabulary, and other skills are assessed.
- Test results are available within 24 hours. Applicants will receive a Pass, Fail, or Conditional Pass.
Placement Test (Online)
The placement test, previously given on the first Monday of admission, will be replaced by an online pre-admission test starting April 2026. This new test is available to all students enrolled in regular courses.
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Philippine Time
- Online interviews and written tests are conducted. Testing typically takes 20–60 minutes
IELTS students will take a placement test on their first day after arriving at the school. The test starts at 19:00.
Progress Test
Academic progress is carefully monitored, regularly evaluated, and mandatory for all students.
- ESL: Academic progress assessments are conducted every four weeks. Students take the test on Thursday of their fourth week after enrollment. The assessment covers speaking, listening, reading, grammar, writing, vocabulary, and other skills.
- Junior Program: The assessment process is the same as ESL, but it may be adjusted depending on the student’s circumstances.
- Business: Assessments are conducted every two or four weeks and are based on business presentation performance.
- IELTS / TOEIC: Weekly assessments are conducted. Mock tests for IELTS or TOEIC are held every Saturday afternoon.
Weekly Test
This test, which serves as a learning boost and support for international students, is mandatory for Sparta Course students and optional for Semi-Sparta Course students.
- Held every Monday to Thursday at 5:00 PM for approximately 20 minutes.
- The test focuses on vocabulary and grammar.
IELTS Official Test
Tests are held once or twice a month at designated testing locations in the area.
- Please contact the office to register for the test. You may choose between the British Council or IDP Education as your test provider.
- We provide a drop-off service to the test location on the morning of the test.
