Orientation for Family & Junior
If you checked in on the weekend, your check-out is Saturday at 13:00. If you checked in during the week (Mon-Fri), your check-out date will be determined by calculating the week as 6 nights and 7 days. For example, if you arrived at school on Thursday afternoon and started regular classes on Friday, you should check out after finishing your regular classes on Thursday.

The JUNIOR ESL and JUNIOR NATIVE courses are designed for ages 12 to 15. If a child is between seven and eleven years old, they must choose PRIMARY ENGLISH.
If a 10 or 11-year-old wishes to take JUNIOR ESL, their English level must be at least intermediate. This is because a sufficient English level is required to participate in group classes with students older than themselves.
Junior guardians/parents are permitted to go out at any time. Also, school regulations are not strictly applied to guardians/parents, so please do not worry about this.
If you are going out alone and are concerned about your child being at school, you can request our manager or the Admin Office to look after your child.
If you are a dormitory user, since the dormitory is located within the school buildings, you may stay in your dormitory room while your child is in class.
However, if you are a hotel user, you can use the study hall or dining hall. If you prefer a quiet and private space, we can assign you a 1:1 classroom.
Evening Classes assign one teacher for every 4 to 7 juniors. This helps keep children academically disciplined after school and is well-received by both students and parents.
Participation in evening classes is not mandatory. However, during this time, your child can do homework, receive supplementary lessons on problems they did not understand during class, and engage in various activities and play if needed.
After graduation, you can request online classes from the teacher who taught your child during 1:1 classes here.
Please tell us the name of the teacher you want, the class time, date, and duration. We will then inform you of the cost and availability.
The list of items to prepare for juniors and families is no different from that for adults. Below is the pre-departure checklist.
However, please prepare essential medicines for juniors. If your child has a chronic illness, please inform us of this information as well.
Most Philippine ESL schools require parental participation, but our school makes it optional.
If a parent accompanying a junior does not wish to participate in classes, they can stay and pay only the dormitory fee. Parents can monitor their junior's classes or have personal time in the cafeteria or a designated area. If desired, they can register for one or two classes per day.
If they do not choose classes, they do not need to pay for the SSP, SSP I-Card, student ID card, or textbook fees.
Family members are welcome to visit while you study abroad. Your family member can stay and eat in the dormitory for up to three days free of charge.
For family registrations, an admission deposit is required in advance. It's approximately $300 per family, but the amount may vary slightly by country.
The deposit can be deducted from future tuition payments.
When we have juniors, we offer a menu specifically for them. We offer options that are both nutritious and appealing to juniors. Our menu has been well-received by both juniors and their parents.
If your junior has a particular food allergy or picky eater, please let our office know and we will provide an appropriate alternative.
Juniors with guardians rarely experience problems - fighting with other students, smoking, etc. in their daily lives because they are supervised by their guardians.
The core of the Family & Junior Program is the care of the juniors by their guardians. The school is responsible for classes, meals, and the dormitory environment, while the guardians are responsible for the juniors' personal time, exercise, outings, and travel.
