The pre-admission test, called the Admission Interview, is administered before arrival at the school. This test is for students who have applied for courses requiring a certain level of English proficiency, such as IELTS or business courses, or for short-term students who wish to begin classes immediately on Monday morning.
The Admission Interview is conducted online within 48 hours of application. It evaluates pronunciation, expression, syntax, spoken grammar, and vocabulary. The test takes approximately 20 minutes, and results are available within 24 hours.
Note: Starting in the second half of 2026, the school plans to implement the Admission Interview for all courses. This will allow students to begin regular classes on Monday morning after arrival.
Our school guarantees 19 days of classes per month. If a national holiday prevents classes from being held on the 19th day, regular classes will be conducted on the holiday itself or on a Saturday.
December is an exception, as the number of holidays can vary each year. In December, make-up classes are offered as group classes on public holidays.
Note: “19-day class guarantee" means that we provide at least 19 days of regular classes from the 1st to the last day of each month.
Some students enroll for 4 or 8 weeks and then extend their stay once they have adjusted to the school. Withdrawing from the program midway often makes refunds for the remaining period difficult or limited. Therefore, this method of enrollment is highly recommended.
However, extensions may not be possible during peak season or other periods when the school is full. If you wish to extend your stay, please confirm the deadline with your manager after arriving at the school.
No. If you have previously enrolled at our school, the $100 admission fee is waived.
The school does not check whether you have travel insurance. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your own protection.
Regardless of your nationality or visa status, foreign nationals entering the Philippines must have a round-trip ticket. Upon arrival at the airport, you must present proof of a return ticket (a ticket departing the Philippines for a third country after your arrival date) to immigration. Failure to do so may result in denied entry, and you will need to arrange an immediate return flight.
Note: Only those with permanent resident visas, student visas, or expatriate visas are allowed to enter the Philippines with a one-way ticket.
Yes, you can. In this case, you do not need to pay the airport pickup fee charged by the school.
Please contact the school manager for detailed instructions on how to get to the school.
Dormitory check-in is on Sunday, and check-out is on Saturday. The airport pickup service is available from Saturday evening to Monday morning. Late arrivals are not a problem.
If you need airport pickup on Saturday afternoon, please notify the school in advance. There is no additional charge.
