IELTS Program Rules

This is an outline of our IELTS courses, including the IELTS guarantee program. It clearly presents the operational direction of each course—from the admission test for entry qualification and the placement test upon arrival, to classes, counseling, testing, academic management, and regulations. We are committed to doing our utmost to help students achieve the highest possible IELTS score within their limited study period.

Penalty or Termination of Agreement	* School and dormitory regulations must be followed. Violations will result in appropriate penalties.		Termination of the Guarantee Benefit If any of the following conditions apply, the guarantee benefit will be forfeited, and the student will be reclassified as an IELTS Intensive student for the remainder of the program: * If class attendance falls below 96%. * Full attendance is not maintained for tests, evening programs, and other required activities. IELTS mock test scores decline for three consecutive tests. Two written warnings are issued due to violations of school or dormitory regulations.

We handle PBT/CBT for the Academic Module, but do not handle the General Module or UKVI.

Placement Test

Separate from the admission interview conducted prior to enrollment, a placement test (IELTS mock test) will be administered on the first day upon arrival at the school. This score will serve as a benchmark for monitoring weekly progress.

Coordinator’s Authority

The IELTS Coordinator oversees all IELTS course operations, including teacher assignments, counseling, testing, and level management, and holds overall authority. If a student’ s score improvement is slow, or if deemed necessary for academic reasons, the Coordinator may require mandatory Saturday self-study or additional study outside regular class hours.

Benefits of Score Guarantee

8-Week IELTS Guarantee	4 weeks of free tuition. However, dormitory fees must be paid.	Take the official IELTS exam in Week 8 Graduation and return to the home country. If the target score is not achieved, the student is eligible for a full tuition discount upon reregistration. Must be within one year of the graduation date.
12-Week IELTS Guarantee	Tuition waiver for 4 weeks. Up to a maximum of 8 weeks. And dormitory fees must be paid.	Take the official IELTS exam in Weeks 10 and 11. Change to the Speaking Master course by Week 12 after the test. If the target score is not achieved, tuition is waived for the extension period (maximum of 8 weeks). However, dormitory fees must be paid. If the student returns home after 12 weeks, the student is eligible for a full tuition discount upon re-registration. Re-enrollment must be within one year of the graduation date.

Exceptions to Absence

In cases of serious illness or other valid reasons for absence, students must provide valid supporting documentation. However, the school reserves the right to determine the validity of the submitted proof.
Even if absences are excused, excessive absences may result in the termination of eligibility and benefits under the Guarantee Program.

IELTS Official Test

Students in the Guarantee Course must schedule an official test date immediately upon arrival at the school. Please consult with the coordinator. The test fee is covered by the school (limited to one attempt).
Test schedules may vary depending on the test provider (British Council/IDP) for the CBT format. From July 2026 onward, the Paper-Based Test (PBT) will no longer be offered.
Free transportation service is provided on the day of the test. However, only morning drop-off service is provided.
