Our school has designated and operates THE CLOVER HOTEL, a highly popular hotel in the Angeles area known for its facility satisfaction, service responsiveness, and value for money, as our off-campus accommodation.
On-campus dormitories impose various restrictions on daily life to maintain an academic atmosphere and public safety. However, off-campus accommodations offer no curfew and permit drinking in guest rooms, ensuring a free and private life after classes. This type of accommodation is suitable for those who value privacy or desire a free lifestyle outside of academics.
Off-Campus Hotel Eligibility
- Students registered for courses at the school. However, applicants for the Sparta Program may apply after a separate consultation.
- Parents who are not taking classes are also eligible.
Check-in & Check-out
- CHECK-IN 14:00
- Available on any day from Monday to Sunday.
- If checking in early in the morning due to flight circumstances, etc., it will be considered as a check-in the previous day.
- Check-out 11:00
- If your return flight is in the evening, you may spend time at the school cafeteria or study hall after check-out. Luggage can be stored at the school office.
Shuttle Service
- A free shuttle service operating between the hotel and the school, used for classes and meals at the school.
- Operates 3 to 5 times a day. Takes approximately 10 minutes.
- As the convenience of hotel users is prioritized, the shuttle schedule is subject to change upon user request.
Hotel Services
- 24-Hour Service: Towels, bottled mineral water, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. are provided at any time.
- Room Cleaning/Bed Sheet Change: You can request room cleaning at the lobby at specific times. Requests can also be made daily.
- Massage Service (Paid): There is a massage shop on the 1st floor of the hotel. You can receive a massage in your room.
- Laundry Service (Paid): You can request laundry services from the hotel.
Facilities for Convenience
- Hotel Cafeteria (Paid): You can order meals, snacks, and alcoholic beverages from breakfast to dinner. Open until 11 PM.
- Personal Safe: A safe is provided in each room.
- Hotel Vehicle: You may use Grab for outings, or use the hotel’s vehicle. Charges apply based on distance traveled.
Regulations and Others
The hotel imposes almost no control or restrictions on the user’s daily life. However, for security reasons, the following must be observed:
- When using Grab for food delivery, please set the delivery location to the hotel lobby, not the room number. Payment and pickup of food take place at the lobby.
- No Entry for Outsiders: In accordance with the contract between the hotel and the CIP ENGLISH, outsiders are not permitted in guest rooms.
- Overstay: Staying longer than the scheduled check-in date. An additional overstay fee must be paid. One week is considered equivalent to 6 nights and 7 days.
Fines, Compensation
- Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. A fine of $200 will be charged for smoking. This includes bathrooms within the guest room.
- If furniture or fabrics (bed sheets, curtains) are stained due to smoking, cooking, fragrances, or other reasons within the room, compensation must be made.
