Everyone using the dormitory must pay the electricity bill for their own room.
The dormitory room electricity bill is divided into a basic electricity charge (600 pesos per week) and an additional electricity charge.
The additional electricity charge is an amount billed when usage exceeds 16 kilowatts per week; starting from 17 kilowatts, 25 pesos are charged per kilowatt. The bill is calculated based on the meter installed in each room, and this amount is to be split equally among roommates.
