Yes, it is possible.
If a junior's English level is pre-intermediate or lower, it is recommended to enroll in JUNIOR ESL first and then switch to JUNIOR NATIVE, which includes 1:1 native speaker classes, depending on how well he/she adapts to the classes.
Adding or changing classes is also possible. You can change group classes to 1:1 classes, or you can sign up for additional 1:1 classes.
