Fluent conversational skills are generally considered equivalent to CEFR B2 (approximately IELTS 6.5). If we focus solely on conversational skills, it would take roughly 12–16 weeks to reach this level from a beginner.
According to our academic schedule, you should begin with four weeks of ESL to build a solid English foundation. Fluent speaking requires a combination of skills, including vocabulary, syntax, grammar, listening, and reading comprehension. After establishing this foundation, you can move on to a speaking-focused course for the next 8–12 weeks.
At our school, we recommend the Speaking Master or Native Master courses. Each course offers six one-on-one classes and two group classes per day (a total of eight classes), focusing on speaking and conversational skills. Course content includes Speaking Strategy, Accent Mastery, Speech & Pronunciation, Current Issues, Spoken Grammar, and Verb Usage.
Note: If your study period is very short (1–2 weeks), we recommend the Speak-Up course, which is designed for short-term, intensive speaking practice.
