The length of the visa-free stay depends on your nationality and may be 59 days, 30 days, or 14 days.
Citizens of some countries, such as Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Mongolia, can enter the Philippines without a visa and can extend their stay while in the country.
Citizens of Taiwan and Indonesia can enter the Philippines visa-free for 14 days, but they cannot extend their stay. They must get a 30- or 60-day visa from a Philippine Embassy in their home country before traveling.
Citizens of 41 countries and regions, including China, Sudan, Yemen, Jordan, and Egypt, are not eligible for visa-free entry and must obtain a visa from a Philippine Embassy in their home country before entering the Philippines.
