• The class unit is 45 minutes, 5 minutes’ break. However, 5th and 10th classes are 40 minutes.

ADMISSION QUALIFICATION & DATE

• ADMISSION INTEVIEW: REGARDLESS OF OFFICIAL SCORE, ALL GUARANTEED COURSE APPLICANTS MUST APPLY THE ADMISSION TEST. THE ENTRY LEVEL IS AS FOLLOWS:

• However, in the case of a 7.0 guarantee, the student must submit an overall 6.5 score report card (score within 1 year) and take the test.
• The admission test is held from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00. It takes approximately 20 minutes. Speaking skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, etc. are evaluated, and a paper test may be conducted if necessary.
• The student will receive one of the results of Pass/Conditional Pass/Fail within 24 hours after the test.
• INTERVIEW RESULTS: Report card delivered within 24 hours. Decided between pass/fail/conditional pass.
• ADMISSION DATE: Enrollment on designated dates only. Please check with the school marketing manager in advance.
  ✓ The official test must be taken at the end of the program. The admission date may be determined depending on the test type (British Council, IDP, or PBT, CBT) chosen by the student.

  ✓ The student must have a 96% overall attendance and punctuality rating in all their classes including the Evening Program. 5mins late is already considered absent. 5 late (1-4mins) are considered as 1 absence.
  ✓ 100% attendance on the IELTS Mock Test
  ✓ In case of a serious illness and any other valid reasons that cause the student to be absent, the student needs to submit valid proof but the school has the right to determine its validity.
• STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
  ✓ IELTS Mock Test results must not drop 3 times in a row.
  ✓ Students must faithfully perform homework or what the teacher requests.
• TERMINATION OF THE GUARANTEE BENEFIT: IN THE FOLLOWING CASES, THE GUARANTEE BENEFITS WILL BE TERMINATED AND THE STUDENT'S STATUS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A STUDENT OF THE IELTS INTENSIVE.
  ✓ Attendance or punctuality falls below 96%.
  ✓ Score drops three times in a row in a IELTS Mock Test.
  ✓ 2nd written warnings for violating school/dormitory regulations.

EXAM & FEEDBACK

• Placement Test (IELTS): The first Monday morning after admission. Even if you took the Admission Test, you must take this test. This test is necessary to measure your starting level/score and monitor future weekly level/score changes.
• IELTS Mock Test: Every Saturday afternoon. All students taking the IELTS course are required to participate in this test. The speaking test is conducted by a native speaker, but depending on the circumstances, a Filipino teacher may also conduct it.
  ✓ If your score drops below the previous result after the mock test, you may receive penalties such as mandatory Saturday self-study.
  ✓ If you drop 3 times in a row, the benefits of this guaranteed course will be terminated.
• IELTS Official Test: You should make a reservation in advance for when you will take the official test after entering the school. The fee of this test is paid by the school. However, it is limited to one time.
  ✓ In the Clark/Angeles area, the official IELTS test is held almost every week, but the type is divided into PBT or CBT for the academic module, or British Council or IDP.
  ✓ Therefore, the admission date for this guarantee course may vary depending on which type of official test you choose.
  ✓ Vehicle service is supported on the test day. However, only sanding service is provided.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Below is a sample weekly study schedule from Monday to Saturday. The schedule may vary depending on the student level. Students in the course are required to attend classes from Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday classes.

PROCEDURES FROM REGISTRATION TO GRADUATION

1. Admission Test: The guaranteed IELTS score varies depending on the student's English level.
