Our level system consists of 11 levels, from 101 (beginner) to 601 (proficient). Approximately 65% of incoming students are in levels 201 (elementary) to 301 (pre-intermediate). Approximately 25% of students are at the intermediate level, requiring one-on-one classes with Native speakers.
Students below Level 301 improve one or two stages every four weeks, while those above Level 301 improve one stage every six to eight weeks.
The correlation between each level and official English scores is also noteworthy. Achieving a Level 301+ at our school means you have an English proficiency equivalent to an IELTS 5.0 or CEFR Level B1. On the other hand, if you achieve a level of 401+ at our school, you have English proficiency equivalent to or similar to an IELTS 6.5 or a TOEIC 885.
