Among the ESL programs at our school, this is the only course operated in a Spartan method, and it is so popular that it accounts for 50% of ESL applicants. The classes are 70% about conversation and related curriculum, and the rest is about listening/writing/reading.
If you want to go to an advanced level in the long term or get a high score on IELTS or TOEFL, it would be advisable to acquire balanced English skills in this course.

- The class unit is 45 minutes, 5 minutes’ break. However, 5th and 10th classes are 40 minutes.

IMPROVE FROM BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE LEVEL IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME:
✓ Due to the tight schedule, an environment is created where you can focus solely on your studies.
✓ Therefore, if you plan to take an official test course such as IELTS or TOEIC in the future, it is recommended to solidify your basic English skills in this course. - 10 CLASSES PER DAY + SATURDAY CLASSES: Strict attendance management, and students are required to attend not only regular classes, but also evening programs and Saturday classes after school.
- The class is focused on speaking, but all four skills of English are learned. However, the course subjects may change depending on the student's wishes.
- Evening program: 2 hours after school from 7 p.m. Special lectures/reviews and self-study are conducted.
- SPARTAN PROGRAM: In addition to class attendance, you must attend all tests/evening programs/Saturday classes. Supported by a coordinator in charge of the Spartan Program.
- FREE ONLINE CLASSES ARE OFFERED: Practice speaking, pronunciation, verb conjugation, and vocabulary before you enroll, building your confidence for academic life here. The classes last from two to four weeks, depending on your level.
ADMISSION QUALIFICATION & DATE
- There is no specific level requirement for admission to this course.
- However, if your English level is too low to keep up with the class, the class will be organized as one-on-one classes for a certain period of time. 2 hours in a small group is considered as 1 hour in a one-on-one class.

Admission date: We recommend arriving at school on Sunday, but weekdays are also possible.
✓ Sunday (or Saturday morning): Classes start on Monday.
✓ Weekday enrollment is also possible. If you begin classes on Wednesday, you can attend classes until Tuesday of your graduation week.
COURSE DURATION
- 1-24 weeks
EXAM & FEEDBACK
- Placement Test: Our online placement test is conducted before admission. Afterward, you can begin regular classes with your chosen teacher from the first day of your arrival.
- Weekly Test: This test is conducted every Wednesday at 17:00, and evaluates vocabulary and grammar. Participation is mandatory.
- Progress Test: Diagnostic assessment conducted every 4th week of the month after admission. Speaking, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing, etc. are evaluated. This test is conducted during vacant time or group class time, so as not to interfere with regular classes as much as possible.
- TOEIC Mock Test: Every Saturday afternoon. Those who do not take the TOEIC course can also participate. Those who wish to participate must apply in advance at the office.
- IELTS Mock Test: Every Saturday afternoon. Those who do not take the IELTS course can participate, but in this case, there is a fee. Those who wish to participate must apply in advance at the office.

THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE REGISTRATION
- Quad-rooms are only available to families or groups of four with the same enrollment and graduation dates.
- Accommodation options include a dormitory (on the school campus) and a hotel (10 minutes away by school shuttle). However, if you choose the Sparta course, which requires an evening program, you can use the dormitory only.
- After admission, you can change courses or add Native speaker 1:1 class.
